"This album was written throughout the pandemic, lockdown in the UK seemed to be a never ending situation, the lack of social interaction, desolate streets and constant uncertainty was channelled into this album which I wrote to keep myself somewhat sane. I had seriously considered calling it a day and quitting the Kicking Nines alias after 17 years by this point hence the final track being titled Farewell"
